Plant care can be easy once you learn the basics.

Here are a few general tips to help keep your green friends happy, healthy and thriving.

1. Please see product descriptions for plant-specific care tips.
2. Feel the soil using your finger or a moisture meter to know how often to water your plant. Don’t go off a set schedule. If you are unsure whether it is watering time- wait- it is always better to under water your plants then overwater them. When watering, water your plant deeply, rather than lightly and frequently. Stability!!! See our watering cans here.
3. Once your plant is in its forever home, keep its home environment as stable as possible (i.e., temperature, humidity levels, etc.).
4. Make sure to dust your plant's leaves often. Try out our favorite combo: Leaf Wellness & our microfiber dusting gloves. Prune and propagate your plant when needed. We promise it will not hurt, but help your plant thrive!

Orders typically take 1-3 days to ship. Orders are fulfilled in the order they were received. For local pickup, we will email you to let you know your items are ready for pick up.

NON-PLANT items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be returned in the original state that you purchased them in with proof of purchase.

All PLANT sales are final, although a plant whose health declines within 7 days of purchase may be eligible for an exchange, refund, or store credit at our discretion. Must show signs of unhealthy conditions that are at no fault of the customer's care.
